From my first appointment with Greg, the entire team walked m through every single step of the process. Mr. McLeod even took the time to introduce himself and assure me that they would do everything they could to help me. Donna walked me though every step of my medical treatment and answered all of my questions. Jessica took the time through email and phone calls to keep me updated (to the minute) with everything that was going on with the insurance side of things. She answered my many (and often silly) questions with patience and as much information as I could have asked for. Over all, I cannot imagine having a better experience that I did with the McLeod Firm. I felt, from the start, that they absolutely had my best interests at heart.
