Before entering private practice, Mac distinguished himself as the toughest prosecutor in the area while working for the State Attorney for 6 years. Since 1989 he has concentrated on recovering damages for victims of medical and hospital malpractice, automobile and truck accidents, defective medical products and prescriptions and nursing home abuse. Mac has successfully recovered for personal injury accident and medical malpractice victims in courts throughout Florida and is one of the most dynamic court room lawyers in the state. He is frequently asked to lecture in trial practice, evidence and other legal issues for national organizations.
