Seth B. Dempsey
Seth B. Dempsey graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration, and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While at the University of Miami, Seth distinguised himself as a member of the Moot Court Board and won the C. Clyde Atkins Advanced Moot Court Competition. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and is also admitted to the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Dempsey has established himself as a skilled and effective civil litgator, and he currently concentrates his practice in the areas of serious personal injury, automobile and truck accidents, and complex civil litigation.
